General Information 

Please take note of the terms and conditions of Runnin’ Rebels Soccer. These terms and conditions will apply and the contents thereof must please be understood and noted.

 

 

• Please note that all fees are to be paid at the beginning of the month, on or before your first session.

• Fees are to be paid by the 1st of each month.

• If you go away on holiday during the course of the month, you are liable to pay your fees before you go away. This enables me to keep your place in the class.

• An additional R50.00 will be charged for fees not paid by the 3rd of the month.

• One months notice is required if you are not attending the following month.

• You will receive an invoice by email, please make sure we have your correct email address.

• Lessons you miss are either forfeited or can be made up at one of the other sessions if there is space.

• Lessons that are missed due to rain or field unavailability can be made up at one of the other sessions at your venue or at another venue.

• Lessons that are cancelled by Runnin’ Rebels Soccer will be made up or you will be credited for that session.

• There is no reduction in fees in the event of cold, rainy weather or illness.

• There are no lessons on public holidays.

• The registration form must be filled in and emailed or given to the coach at your first session.

• Sessions are between 40min and 60min depending on the age of your child. 2yrs/3yrs is 40min to 50min – 3yrs/5yrs is 50min – 6yrs/older is 60min.

• Fees are paid pro rata from when you start and will be invoiced to you.

• Fees can be paid for more than one month at a time.

• All make up sessions must be made up during the month they were missed.

 

 

• We do have advanced programs for 6yrs to 13yrs old, if you are interested please let me know and I will forward information to you.
